Policies

Please allow 2-3 days for processing and 3-5 days for delivery, depending on the location. We are located in Miami, FL.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped with tracking information. If you wish for expedited shipping, please contact us immediately for pricing and arrangements.

Please know that once a package has been shipped, transit & delivery times are beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please reach out to me ahead of time for a shipping quote and processing time. All International orders will be shipped via USPS/UPS depending on rates. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. After your package has shipped, delivery is typically within 10-14 business days; however it can take up to 6 weeks. International mail is affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, long distances, & foreign holidays. *Please be patient & understand that international packages may take several weeks to arrive. 

For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as we cannot & will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. Please know that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws & regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped. 

RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction with your purchase and experience with us is of the utmost importance. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly with any questions or concerns and I will try to find a solution to the situation. I typically do not accept returns or make exchanges. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, & shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.

CUSTOMS

Once details are finalized for customs, 75% of the total is due as payment for the commitment of my time and is not refundable under any circumstances. The remaining 25% + shipping will be due once the piece has been completed. I do my best to understand your wishes but if you are not pleased with the final result, only 25% of the full payment will be refunded under the circumstances that we are not able to come to an agreement.

DEFECTS
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit) a refund or exchange may be possible. Please contact me via email within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images & a description of the damage. Before a refund or exchange is determined, the defective product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Because each of my pieces are handmade by me, there may be an additional wait time before receiving a replacement while repairs are being made. This is mainly due to the volume of pieces being created at the time of repairs.

Color variation will not be considered an acceptable description for a ‘defective or damaged’ refund or exchange. I take great caution to accurately document & describe my work and color variations may occur. If you wish to view a piece from a different angle, please feel free to reach out.
